Swivel hook قلاب گردان is another common shape of hooks that is produced in two separate parts that are later attached. swivel hooks have the ability to swirl 360 degrees and in both directions unlimited. this ability is sometimes for some applications of wire rope sling very practical and in some lifting purposes, specially lifting of wide object can cause torque and further problems. just like all the other types of wire rope rigging swivel hooks are available in both grades of stainless steel along side of all grades of carbon steel. the most common grade of carbon steel used to produce swivel hooks is G80.
